On June 17, 2008, the shareholders of Northwest Survey & Data Services, Inc. (“NSDS”) approved a resolution to dissolve the corporation and wind up its business affairs.

We have gone to considerable lengths to ensure that any remaining projects will be completed timely and efficiently and we will continue our efforts to diligently and expeditiously wind up business operations. Our goal is to complete the winding up process by November 30, 2008.
